Terms and conditions

Claims must relate to the identical tyre manufacturer, pattern, speed rating and load index.

Prices must be fully fitted and include any valve & wheel balance.

The competitor’s website must have stock available locally (within 10 miles) for immediate purchase.

All claims are subject to verification, and we reserve the right to refuse a claim that cannot be adequately substantiated.

Retrospective claims will only be honoured within 48 hours of purchase.

How to make your claim

Simply send an e-mail to customersupport@tyre-shopper.co.uk and provide us with the link to the competitors page or you can simply copy and paste the relevant details into the e-mail. Please remember to include your name and the name of the competitor offering the better price.

Once we have verified the competitor's price and availability, we will immediately refund the difference in price from your purchase.
