These are all-season 'Mud and Snow' tyres. Haven't tried them in snow yet but wet-weather grip is very good. They have a slight rumble which can be faintly heard and felt, but it's not a problem. Fuel consumption is about four per cent worse than with previous tyres, which were Bridgestone and Continental summer tyres designed for optimum fuel consumption, but it's worth it for the safety of the extra grip (live in Durham - winter conditions can be difficult).
