John Briody - 11th May, 2012

My new Insignia came with Continental Contact sports. I got 10,000 miles on the front two. I replaced them with Barum Tyres and after 11,500 miles I still have 4mm of tread left, and at half the price I think they are excellent.

Tyre shopper was very easy to use and the service at the garage was great , will be using tyreshopper again in the near future

John E Turner - 28th October, 2011

When I purchased my car new it was fitted with Dunlop Tyres, I replaced these with Bridgestone, which I then replaced with my first set of Barum Brauvuris. These proved to be superior to either the Dunlop or Bridgestone on my car, so when it came time to replace my tyres I have purchased these Barum tyres once again.

I think these tires are great value for money. they have the same weight and speed specifications as the leading brands at a fraction of the price

Doug Sinnott - 25th August, 2011

Excellent value tyres,as good as the previous Michelins,as far as I can tell.and considerably cheaper! They're made by Continental, and to European standards and quality,so I'll buy them again, definitely. I'm retired now,so I don't cover as many miles as I used to,so these tyres should last me a good while, and I would recommend them.

I have fitted these tyres to my Jag and SRI Vectra and found them very good value in all areas. They improved the rided noticably on the Vectra replacing the origonal factory fitted goodyear which felt solid over bumps and were poor in the wet.I will be fitting them to car 3 a swift and I am sure they will be good all round value.

A good all-round tyre; well made & responsive on the road. No complaints...top end cheap tyre of quality. Vel Satis uses front tyres heavily, but these seem to be coping well & good for around 18000 miles (usually 12/13K is the limit)

The Barum Bravuris tyres are brilliant value for money I fitted them to my previous car replacing much more expensive Michelins and they were equal to the Michelins in every respect hence I am now doing the same to my new car & would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone

jw - 11th March, 2011

I have previously used Pirelli P6000 and the Bravuris is less prone to tram-lining on white lines and seams. Grip is excellent in the wet & dry and steering feedback is good

Unfortunately one of the tyres recently purchased has had accidental damage and will have to be replaced. I have ordered exactly the same tyre from you and it is being fitted this morning. Pity I didn't take the accidental damage option.

Jonathan Clarke - 14th February, 2011

I am very impressed with these tyres (and the Tyreshopper price!). On my previous set, I achieved nearly 35000 miles before they were replaced earler this year. Despite the fact that the Volvo is big and very heavy, I think this is outstanding performance.

Steve Browne - 18th January, 2011

These are good all round tyres and although they do not ride as well as some premium brands, for the price they do provide very good value for money.

Good tyres for Audi RS6.

David Padbury - 24th October, 2010

For the price they seem quite good. However, I was surprised and disappointed at how noisy they are compared to the previous tyres (Eagle NCT5). In other respects, braking, cornering and sure-footedness they seem fine. I'm not an aggressive driver so I can't really say how well they grip when pushed hard. It remains to be seen how well they wear.

This is a very good tyre. Both-dry and wet handling are excellent.I gave some ratings of less then 10, only because i cant compare to other brands. I"m happy with it.Will buy again, and will recommend to others.Unless you have 300 +hp subaru or mitsu, i think this tyre will serve you well.

Cannot think of anything. However, not got the Rover any more and replacement car (Saab 9-3 Vector 150 Tid Sportwagon) is shod from the dealer with nearly new Continental sport 3 tyres which are excellent.

r mayberry - 5th October, 2010

I like these tyres, although I would like a tread pattern that is good in the snow. i realise this would really mean a different kind of tyre e.g. winter and there may be more rolling resistance

Excellent in all respects. Have already had my daughter buy 3 of the same tyres for her car

the tyres work well as tyres. they do the job properly, no problems

Mr Lynch - 3rd October, 2010

They do not wear well on the passenger rear side. They become worn on the outside edge after about 14,000. I tend to get about 18,000 out of the rest fo the tyres.

Had no problems with the tyres, a decent, value-for-money tyre that provides decent all-round performance, for a car like mine anyhow !

GSW - 3rd October, 2010

Recently (withing 2 weeks) of having a set fitted to the car - and noticed a wheel wooble thinking it could be the weights that have fallen off. When the tyres/wheels were rebalanced it was found that these 2 new ones had very slight flat spots. As it couldn't be confirmed if this was from driving or the storage of the tyres i will have to continue on them until i need to replace them.

Seem to be very soft, (one of them had to be replaced after a small flint stone entered the tread near the surface from the side and made a gash, leading to a new tyre after 6 weeks!

Micheal Middleton - 1st October, 2010

I've had these tyres on both my cars, on the Ford Mondeo tyre wear was very good although I felt a little un easy with the grip, yet on the Renault Megane the tyre wear isn't so good yet the grip feels better which doesn't make sense as the Mondeo has way more power. However the Meganes tyres need replacing and I'll be using same brand again as grip feels good.

Chris langton - 30th September, 2010

Tyres only have 3mm of tread left and I have only done 8000 miles would go for a pirelli next time last almost twice as long and only 25 pound dearer. The barum tyres last the same time as an economy tyre but double the price, although they do handle the road better.

Dougie MacRae - 30th September, 2010

Most of my driving is on country roads, up and down gears, lots of corners/braking, short straights, so lots of low gear fast accelerating to overtake and hills, as such the above tyres only lasted I guess 3000 miles approx, compound just to soft. I have changed them for Goodyear NCT5's some time ago.
