Manufacturer: Bridgestone
Tyre: Bridgestone Dueler HP Sport

The Bridgestone Dueler HP Sport tyres are 4 wheel drive tyres suitable for light trucks and high performance SUVs. Part of the Bridgestone Tyres Dueler range of 4x4 tyres, the Dueler HP Sport tyres are suited for on road driving. The range also comprises Bridgestone D693 tyres equipped with DONUTS technology and suitable for on and off road usage. The HP in the Bridgestone Dueler HP Sport tyres stands for ‘Highway Performance’ and indicates that the tyre delivers best performance on highways when fitted on light trucks and SUVs. The tyres are designed to deliver predictable and precise handling on dry and wet surface, offer good traction on all surfaces, and deliver class leading wet weather performance. Despite the superior wet weather performance, please note that the Bridgestone Dueler Sport HP tyres are not meant for snow and/or icy conditions. The innovative symmetric tread design of the Bridgestone Dueler HP Sport tyres ensures its performance on all the following parameters.

Handling characteristics: The tread design of the Bridgestone Dueler HP tyres exhibits a reinforced sidewall design consisting of large shoulder and intermediate shoulder blocks. This improves handling characteristics and delivers precise steering responsiveness that improves driver confidence significantly, particularly during cornering and at high speeds.
Wet weather performance: As part of the Bridgestone Dueler HP Sport tyres tread design, wide circumferential grooves effectively deflect water from the contact patch, reducing the risk of aquaplaning. While driving over wet surface, if the area between the tyre tread and the surface is flooded, the chances of skidding are high. With the Bridgestone Dueler HP Sport tyres, these chances are minimised to a large extent.
Improved stability: The tread design of the Bridgestone Dueler HP Sport tyres sport two central ribs that offer directional stability. In addition, the tyre’s internal structure is reinforced with twin steel belts that are further strengthened with spirally wrapped nylon. These features along with the reinforced sidewall make the tyres resistant to distortion at high speeds and on all surfaces during cornering. Thus you can look forward to a comfortable and confident drive at all times.

I don't care how they look, it's a tyre!

My first set of Bridgestone tyres lasted 30000 miles I replaced them with a cheaper tyre that only lasted 20000 miles so it is a false economy to use cheaper tyres. Very pleased with Tyreshopper very good service, have recommended friends.

They are not generally at the forfront of my mind when driving, it's the car performance overall I judge and fuel economy.
